1. THE PROMOTER

St Giles Hospice a company registered in England and Wales under charity number 509014 whose registered office is at St. Giles Hospice, Fisherwick Road, Lichfield, WS14 9LH.

2. ELIGIBILITY 

The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over only, except:

• (A) employees of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
• (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

3. THE PROMOTION

• 3.1. The title of the promotion is “Cycle St Giles” in association withSt Giles Hospice. 
• 3.2. The promotional period will run between 00:01 a.m. on 10th May 2025 to 12:59 p.m. on 6thJuly 2025 inclusive. All donation entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
• 3.3. HOW TO ENTER – 
• 3.3.1. This is a reward based promotion. 
• 3.3.2. All participants must have registered to take part in the physical Cycle for St Giles event on the 8th June 2025 and have set up a Just Giving Fundraising page. 
• 3.3.3. Users must have a mobile phone with access to the internet to participate. 
• 3.3.4. Users access the rewards platform by visiting stgilesrewards.cleverplay.co.uk
• 3.3.5. Users must register and link their St Giles Just Giving Fundraising page to the rewards platform.
• 3.3.6. Users will get rewarded for signing up to the rewards platform and for the 5th, 10th and 15th donation they receive via Just Giving.
• 3.3.7. Users will be notified on screen and via email if they have received a reward where they will then be informed what they need to do to claim/redeem their reward.
• 3.3.8. Upon collecting their 15th St Giles charity donation on their Just Giving page users will continue to be represented on the promotions leaderboard with their total donations displayed. The user with the most donations will be rewarded the ‘Hero’ Reward’.

4. THE REWARDS

• 4.1 Reward for signing up – Free Dessert valid with the purchase of a main meal for one at The Dirty Cow, Hanover Court, 5 Queen Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, England, WS13 6Q. Valid until 6th July 2025. Cycle event participant only.

• 4.2 Reward for 5th donation – Free Bar Snacks (crisps and nuts) at The Dog Pub, 2 Main St, Whittington, Lichfield WS14 9JU. Valid until 15th June 2025. Cycle event participant only.

• 4.3 Reward for 10th donation – A Free Hot drink at Main St. Cafe, 13C Main St, Whittington, Lichfield WS14 9JU, UK. Valid until 6th July 2025. Cycle event participant only.

• 4.4 Reward for 15th Donation – 10% off evening event tickets of your choice at Main St. Cafe, 13C Main St, Whittington, Lichfield WS14 9JU, UK. The discount is valid against any evening event until the 31st August 2025 for four people including the Cycle event participant. All tickets must be purchased in person by 6th July 2025. 

• 4.5 ‘Hero” Reward - £50 voucher to use at Freedom cycles in Lichfield. Windsor Business Park, Unit 3 Trent Valley Rd, Lichfield WS13 6EU.

• 4.4 All prize vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, no cash alternative. Over 18s only. 

• 4.5 Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winners in the general use and/or enjoyment of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

• 4.6 The prize is not transferable and there is no alternative offered.

• 4.7 The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

• 5.1. Users will be notified via email and on screen when visiting the platform that they have received a reward.
• 5.1.1. All rewards will be stored in the rewards page on the platform.
• 5.1.2. To redeem the reward the user must then visit the venue and when ready select claim reward.
• 5.1.3. A staff member at the venue must confirm on the user’s device that the reward has been redeemed by selecting confirm.
• 5.2.4. All unclaimed prizes will lapse if not the subject of valid claims and the award of which has been completed within the time limits.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

• 6.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. DATA PROTECTION

• 7.1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the promotion.

• 7.2.2. The submission of e-mail addresses for promotion competition. The e-mail address is captured by the promoter’s agent, emc3, solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and to notify winning entrants. Emails will be deleted 30 days after completion of the loyalty promotion or within 30 days of receiving any direct request to support@emc3reality.com from a participant/user.

8. GENERAL

• 8.1. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter.
• 8.2. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
• 8.3. If the promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
• 8.4. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion and terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
• 8.5. The promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• 8.6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
• 8.7. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
• 8.8. By entering the promotion entrants confirm they have the permission of any person featured in their entry to feature them or where any person featured is under 18, that they have the parent’s/guardian’s permission.
• 8.9. The decisions of the promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 8.10. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
• 8.11. The terms and conditions of this promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to english law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the english courts.
